- Ina van Soest Added May 15, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best service ever! I had the Koharu bath shipped to the Netherlands, and I received it in perfect condition. The communication was very good, the company had to figure out how the shipment could be done the best (it being the other end of the world and all) and they emailed me every step. After about a year in time I accidentally damaged my bathtub because a glass window fell in it. So I e-mailed to them, asking what I should do. I got some perfectly detailed advise and got it fixed. The repairman was impressed with the detailed instructions. This is a very friendly and excellent company with excellent bathtubs. I enjoy mine a lot. Thank you.
